I don't exactly remember when I first heard of Lenda, but I remember the pictures I
saw that she had done.  I put them into my memory to recall once I had
children so I too could have precious pictures of my children that were
Unique and special.

That day came and once the rush of having a new little baby and being a new
mother passed, my trusty memory brought back images of those unforgettable
pictures I had seen prior to being a mother.

My first daughter was 3 1/2 months old when we first entered LJM for the
first time.  We went expecting a typical studio experience and we were
pleasantly surprised.  The staff was so helpful and made us feel like we
were the most important customers they had.  The consultation was so much
fun and I was so happy we had that opportunity to set up a plan so we didn't
have to do that the day of the pictures.  The actual day I felt like once we
walked through the door, we were treated with VIP treatment.  Tanya was
assisting Lenda and she had a special knack with getting our daughter to
respond angelically.  Lenda's talent is beyond words.  I had no idea what
the pictures would turn out like, and I waited like a kid at Christmas to
view the proofs.  We couldn't decide on a picture, they were all perfect. 
We were so happy for the LJM layaway program.

We finished utilizing the first year special and continued to be awed by the
whole experience.  Each time we felt more and more connected to the staff. 
It always feels good when you do business with people who take the time to
get to know you.  We feel like the staff and Lenda care as much as we do
that we are satisfied with our pictures.

Naturally when our second child came along we wanted the same experience for
her. We were not disappointed.

I was ecstatic to hear about the Photography by You option.  I love to take
pictures and I couldn't wait to try it in a "professional setting".  My
experience with LJM and Photography by You cannot be summed up in words. 
Tanya assisted me and she taught me so many tips and techniques.  Lenda
popped in from time to time to offer suggestions and help me see something. 
I felt like a kid at Disneyworld.  I was so energized when I left with my
three roles of film and happy children.  The price is so comparable to other
commercial studios (mall studios) that I have decided to do it myself
instead of waiting for hours to have a complete stranger who cares little
about my pictures photograph my children while they are exhausted from
waiting. Naturally I was tired too just from watching as the photographer
took phone calls, helped customers and 40 minutes into our appointment time
finally takes my childrens' pictures.  In addition, taking my own pictures, I
have more pictures to choose from and I can make copies from my negative or
memory stick whenever I choose.  I can't wait to see my children as they
grow tell someone when they say "what a great picture", and hear my kids
say, "Thanks, my mom took it".  What an honor to be able to take pictures of
the most important people in my life that will be kept and passed on to
future generations.

I love LJM and I think anyone who has pictures done there or uses the
Photography by You will not regret it.  The comfort of the studio and the
treatment you will receive is only an added benefit to the incredible
portraits you will have to look at everyday.

Thank you for all you have done for us!  In a time when good service is
rare, we appreciate the extra mile you go for us.  We continue to love
layaway, and every month we get our receipt in the mail, I am thankful that
you allow us that option so we can have the wonderful pictures we have!

LJM Photography has been such an important part of my life and I never grow weary of sending my friends in that direction.  My oldest was born in 1988 and ever since that first picture of her at four months, I have been hooked.  I regretted any of the time or money I have spent in he studio.  She does the most awesome job of making it an enjoyable experience and the kids always love to go.  Lenda  has always treated me like a true friend and has been so good to us in so many ways.  I love her and her pictures but most of all I love how she had made it possible for me to "keep" my babies forever!

Dear Lenda:
I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your staff.  From the very start my experience with your staff was very professional and friendly.  They were informed about my fathers special needs since his stroke and they were very considerate and gentle.  My mother is very protective of him and she had a wonderful experience.  Your staff was consistent from the first meeting to the actual appointment.  I expressed my concern with people speaking over my father instead of to him, because he has no speech, you and your staff acknowledge this and spoke directly to him.  This gave my mother a tremendous amount of relief.

Again, Thank you to you and your staff for the caring it showed.  The pictures turned out terrific, you could tell how comfortable you made them fell.  I work in the customer service field and know how important it is to make people feel important.
